DIY WREATH ON THE CHEAP

What you’ll need: Honeysuckle or grapevine. Sticks, (I used crepe myrtle) artificial flowers, ribbon, scissors, wire cutters, twine/jute, hot glue.

Picture 2, arrange your sticks in a rectangle and secure at corners with jute.

Picture 3, attach honeysuckle vine with more jute, leaving the leaves on. They’ll dry in a few days and add to the rustic charm of the wreath.

Picture 4: Hot glue flowers in place and add a ribbon.

Pull some petals loose from an extra flower and glue around a wooden bead to form a bud.

Finished product. Sticks and vines were free from my yard. Ribbon from the dollar store. Flowers purchased at 75% off. Total cost other than time, $6.

Do you have things in your yard…or your neighbors :+) that you can use to make decorations?
